Raises are in the air! Biglaw firms are busy increasing associate compensation, and the most recent firm to do so is Cahill Gordon & Reindel.
The firm is known for giving associates a little something extra when bonus time rolls around, so it’s not a shock that Cahill is moving to the new industry standard for base compensation. Cahill wants to show its associates that they’re appreciated and they have the cash to do so!
The new salary scale at the firm is as follows:
