As stated in the executive order they are not required to wear a mask: children under six years; people with pathologies or disabilities that are incompatible with the use of the mask, as well as people who have to communicate with a disabled person in order not to be able to use the device; those who play sports. Violation of the provision entails, unless the offense constitutes a crime other than that in Art. 650 of the Criminal Code, the administrative sanction for payment of an amount from € 400 to € 1000. The decision was shared with the Committee on Order and Public Safety, which met yesterday.
